Welcome to Flowering Shrubs
Flowering Shrubs Nursery offers quality, affordable childcare in a safe, caring and friendly environment for children in North Cardiff.
Our aim is to provide the best quality childcare for all children in our care.
Established in 2007, we provide playgroups, wraparound services and after school clubs, run by qualified staff, for children aged 2 to 11.
Our playgroups at All Saints Church, Cyncoed and at our new centre at Heath Park (registration pending), use the Welsh Government’s Foundation Phase 7 areas of learning.
Working closely with Rhydypenau, Lakeside, Glyn Coed, Bryn Celyn, Pen-y-Groes, Ton-yr-Ywen and Pontprennau Primary Schools we provide a variety of childcare solutions for each school.
Our New Setting is now up and running. – Heath Park Playgroup and wrap around service
We also offer the Flying Start programme within the grounds of Bryn Celyn and Pen-y-Groes Primary Schools, Pentwyn.
We are delighted to have been awarded “The Gold Standard Healthy Snack Award Plus”.
All staff are DBS checked.
